At Vastra Aura, we aim to deliver premium ethnic wear and kurtis with proper quality checks before dispatch. Every product is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped to ensure you receive it in good condition.
1. Return Window
Customers can request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery. Return requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all the conditions below:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The original packaging must not be opened or damaged.
- All tags, labels, invoices, and original packaging must be intact.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required.
3. Open Packaging Return Policy
If you wish to return the product, please do not open, remove, damage, or discard the original packaging. Returns may be rejected if the product packaging is opened, damaged, missing, or not in its original condition, unless the product is defective or damaged from our side.
4. Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a product that is torn, damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our side, we will accept the return easily after verification. To raise a damaged/defective product claim, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos/videos of the packaging
- Unboxing video, if available
After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
5. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product packaging is opened or damaged without any valid defect claim.
- Product is used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Tags, labels, invoice, or original packaging are missing.
- Return request is raised after 5 days of delivery.
- Minor color difference due to lighting, photography, or screen display.
- Size issues where the delivered product matches the selected size chart.
- Product purchased during clearance sale, final sale, or special discount offer, unless damaged from our side.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, our quality check team will inspect it. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, the refund may be processed to the customer’s verified UPI or bank account.
7. Return Shipping
If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong from our side, we may arrange return pickup or guide you with the return process. For customer-side return reasons, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
